Changed the nutrients this morning and I swear the girls have grown 3 inches, up & out since I posted last. The Wedding Cake is still even in height with Zkittles, but the Zkittles is really rounding out.

Some bad news this morning. I've been keeping an eye on my Wedding Cake the last few days, even though it was showing signs of being a female, something was odd about her. It was showing female pistils, but also showing little balls .
Arrrrrr....it's an hermaphrodite. Fortunately I got it before it opened it sacks. Chopped it down.

I'm over my crying for having to chop down the Wedding Cake, Wednesday, but since then the Zkittles has gone crazy.
She said, I've got this whole 4x4 tent with 420 watts (seriously) of LED lighting to myself, and has blown up these last 4 days. I changed the nutrients this morning, adding "Big Bud" to the group already in the pool (Bud Candy & Sensizym) for the next 3 weeks. Trimmed up some bottom foliage, and this is what she looks like today.
Nice strong side branches. Hopefully some FAT buds. Just a shy under 3 feet right now. Budding really nice. Enjoy the rest of the weekend & stay cool.

Good morning/afternoon ACD'ers. Little update on the Zkittles. 2 weeks into flower and she's a little over 3 feet tall and the buds are starting to take notice. Some light trimming on the bottom leaves and a few small branches in the middle that wasn't getting much light. She drinks at least a gallon of water a day, which is a very good thing.
That's about it. Everyone stay cool. Still very warm here. Unfortunately, the humidity has starting to raise it's ugly head, so me and the dogs are a little hot & sweaty when we get home from our early morning walk. It's all good.
Come on October.

A quick update on the Zkittles girl. She's still growing a little, 44 inches tall now and as you can see filling out nicely.
3 1/2 weeks into flower and I expect her to really pack on the buds in the next few weeks. Starting to get a nice sweet smell. After the lights go off, it really stands out.
It's hump day folks, friday is almost here. Enjoy

Good morning/afternoon ACD'ers. Another beautiful sunny day, here in "The Valley of the Sun."

Still toasty and warm, but the morning's are a tad cooler.

Anyway, since my last post, the Zkittles has basically stop growing, and is starting to pack on the buds.

She's 56 days old, 28 in veggie state and today 28 days into flower. Still have roughly 5 weeks/35 days, give or take a few days.

Just changed the nutrients. Zkittles is to big to pick-up and change into a fresh clean bucket anymore, so I use this to

remove old nutes, and again to replenish. I have to hole in my lid big enough to insert garden hose. Makes it, quick and easy.

Thanks Mr.C. After losing the other two, the Zkittles is definitely taking up the slack.

Thanks @Ghost she's been drinking around 1 1/2 gallons a day for the last week or so.
A nice steady diet of nutrients with every watering. Keeping Ph around 5.6-5.8. Will be nice to see how she turns out.

A Happy Friday to all ACD'ers. Another nice warm & humid day in "The Valley of the Sun."
I was a little bored last week, so I treated myself and bought some Barney's Seeds. They now sell seeds in the USA,
so, no worries about customs and the prices are fair. This is what I bought:
I've always wanted to try some old school "Skunk," some I got 3 seeds of "Triple Cheese."
Will grow one after harvesting the Zkittles.
Also, I couldn't resist buying one Wedding Cake seed, even though I still have 3 left over from Herbies Seeds.
They threw in a freebie, so I choose the Gelato #45.
So, along with the Triple Chesse, I'll grow one Wedding Cake & one Dos Si Dos next go around.

Oh, and it's not that I need anymore seeds..... But on the other hand, you can never have enough.

Good morning/afternoon ACD'ers. It's Saturday, so it's time to change the nutrients. She's looking real nice as she keep's on stacking the pistol's. Starting to use some pipe cleaners to hold up some of the lower branches, as their getting a little too heavy to hold themselves up. Also, I've noticed a little leaf burn at the tips, so I've dialed it back on the nutes a couple of ml's. Now 35 days into flowering, so anywhere from 25 to 35 days to go before harvest.

Thanks again for taking the time to write this up and post these awesome pictures, I am really enjoying following the tale and seeing this wonderful plant grow. It is already looking spectacular, can only imagine hiwbfretbthus will look when it is ready to harvest, think it will be very special! Just look at those buds already, they're gonna be absolutely massive!
