Thanks, Mr.C & Ghost. Just love growing the Herb. Started right after I moved out in "74" using florescent lights and Mircale Grow. Things sure have changed since then, especially in the last 10 to 15 years.

I'll keep the pics and stories coming. I am looking into buying a microscope to take pics of the pistils & bulbous heads and put them online. The iPhone is good, but not that good for close ups. Right now, I have a simple 60x handheld microscope I use to help determine when to harvest but it doesn't take pictures.

By the way Ghost, the wife has been calling me that for years now. I grow the cannabis, she grows the house plants. (Orchids)

Good morning /afternoon ACD'ers. A weird weekend in "The Valley of the Sun." Hurrican Hilary is trying to make it's way into Arizona, but right now just lots of clouds. Western Arizona along with Southern California and Nevada will get hit the hardest.
Anyway, 6 weeks into flowering and the Zkittles is getting very heavy. Started leaning every which way, so out came the pipe cleaners and some twine. Tied mucho branches yesterday, and today she's looking just fine and staying steady.
Did some lite trimming, nothing special, a few large fan leaves in the middle, to get more light to the buds that might be lacking a little. Dam though, she's drinking 1 1/2 gallons almost everyday. She is a monster when it comes to the H2O
Here's a few pics on where she stands. Getting some red hairs on the lower branches now & the bulbous heads are starting to get cloudy, but still have a ways to go.

Yes totally agree with @CC looking proper nice. That pic of the plant filling the whole room is an awesome sight The cola pics below that are a really nice size and looking top quality. Top work buddy

Thank-you guys . Love giving these weekly updates and will keep this going all the way to opening that first cured jar and taking that first bong hit. Might be a little lag time in between the first opening. Nobody wants to watch buds cure.

I've been very fortunate that all the side branches are strong and haven't broke, but right now everything is just top heavy. The nugs are nice & super hard. Looking at tying up a few more branch's in the next couple of days just in case. When it comes closer to cutting her down, I'll do some major trimming, so it makes it easier for the wife & I, when it's hung & dried to do one final trim before jarring and curing.
Right now, she's still packing on some real nice white pistil's, with just a hint of red starting to show up. And Fricky STICKY

What's up @Ghost, will do. Yes, this Zkittlez really has impressed me also, since this is the first time growing her. The red hairs are getting more and more pronounced. I take a small leave & check under the scope every couple of days to see where she stands. The way she's drinking and stacking on the white pistils, maybe another 14-20 days. Will start flushing in about 10 days. But I can't cut too soon. I MUST BE PATIENT!! Bulbous heads MUST be dark & cloudy.

Trichomes are all over the place, swelling up nicely and every head has some sort of cloudiness too it.
Can hardly wait to see some Amber colors show up.

A Happy Saturday to all ACD'ers. I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend. I see the Dutch Gran Prix is in town this weekend, in and around the Zandvoort area. Will be great for Dutch fans, since Max Verstappen has the title, all wrapped up, again!! Way to go Max.
Okay, on to the Zkittles. It's day 49 of flowering & it Nute changing day, the last week of using Nutrients before flushing starts. Will be using Flawless Finish from Advanced Nutrients the last 10 days or so before harvesting.
Zkittles is still packing on some nice pistils & drinking the H2O saturated nutes like crazy. But the red hairs are starting to be more of a presence, so she's taking on a nice color. Trichomes are about 85% cloudy, 13% white, and 2% amberish color. So now it's being more vilgilant the next couple of weeks of taking daily bud samples & look under the scope, to see how she's changing. The best is yet to come.

There are a few branches that are leaning on the back of the tent that are real nice, just hard to get good pics, sorry.

Absolutely fantastic Mr they are looking awesome, love the pic of the whole plant really packing on some weight there The buds are looking very nice indeed, that will be a lovely smoke when you have dried it and cured it all up The bud structure is tight and compact with dense looking buds Also loving the ACD stickers in the background

@ Ghost,thanks man. Since tying up the main branches in the middle and the outside branches that have leaned left or right, it's opened up the middle more to get light to the smaller inside branches with buds. So, something that I would consider larffy buds that I would use for edibles, are getting fat & firm, and will now be used for smoking.
Yeah, I have 3 or 4 inside the tent. Keeps me thinking about Amsterdam while I'm playing with the plants.
