legal marijuana in coffeeshop?

(after months of lurking – and a few menus published – this is my first post here. Hello everyone )

I'm sure I read about legalisation of marijuana in the NL, with a few coffeeshops (none of which in Amsterdam) already selling legally grown buds. I may have even witnessed a video portraing the Ministry of Something Political using a cutter to open a box with legal happiness in it.

Anyone?
