'Dogbutcher' did NOT use magic mushrooms
Dog...July 16, 2007 - Amsterdam
The French tourist who slaughtered his own dog (see this news article) did not use any magic mushrooms at all.
The GG&GD (National Health Service) declared this today. They give a psychosis as reason why the man killed his own dog 'to liberate its spirit'. They also say it's not sure at all that the other 'magic mushroom incidents' (4 in 1 month) were caused by the use of mushrooms.
After this new incident the VVD (political party and initiator of the ban of mushrooms) immediately asked, almost demanded, the government to hurry up with the ban on mushrooms.

Additional note from the DailySmoker:
- First, the goverment says they want to outlaw magic mushrooms. And sudden, one after another incident with mushrooms pop up in the news, while we didn't hear anything for years before that when it comes to problems with magic mushrooms. How come? And in this case, mushrooms were not even involved at all, but they still got the blame. How come?
- To the creep: go home, stay there and find a good psychiatrist, or join the army or something...

'Dogbutcher' did NOT use magic mushrooms
This is one thing that really annoys me about governments. I would be willing to place a large wager on the fact that someone was killed because of Alcohol abuse within the last month in Holland.
Will alcohol be banned or the will the suggestion even be raised? Of course not, why should it be? Just because one person can not handle what ever they take why should everyone else be punished? But this is an argument we have all had I'm sure.
