While I agree with this in essence it isn't always true. For instance, the Balou's pre-rolleds are not the schwags left overs, having watched them roll them on numerous occassions. They are rolled from the same weed that you get when you buy it to roll yerself. So, while the above is true at some spots it isn't the case to be true in all spots. However, buying weed you can't see or smell before hand is always a gamble.

And again, not always true. Central for instance pre-packages their weed in plastic bags at pre-set weights and their herb is damn good. So... what it really boils down to is the quality shop you enter.
