Neldo was deliberately selectively quoted, when she wrote:you should be fine though providing you're sensible and don't whip it out for no reason...
Too true, in so many situations...

Seriously, thanks for the reply, guess I'll just need to remember not to go using it for roaches or anything ;)

Surely it depends on who's serving you? A former UK resident will obviously know what a genuine UK drivers license looks like...

Might be wrong, but I'm sure some places will only accept your passport, not to mention the fact you're supposed to be carrying it with you at all times anyway ;-)

I carry my passport. I'm 50, but I'm always getting checked because I look like I'm 47.

Can't remember what Dutch train tickets are like, but last UK one I tore for a roach turned this scary looking black by the end of the J, I'm guessing thermally activated ink or something in the paper? Anyway, put me right off :)

Aye, they're heat printed - it's the film over the ticket, it goes black near heat ...

Neldo was deliberately selectively quoted, when she wrote:

*ahem*

Cock and balls: CHECK

Hairy chest/arse: CHECK

etc etc ...

I'm no lady, dude

Look at your post, the very top of this page where you've put "neldo blah blah blah SHE said"... well seeing it's a stoner's forum eh ;-)

Thanks for that, and humble apologies :)
I read through this whole page twice and couldn't see what you were talking about, I'd forgotten I'd amended the usual 'so and so said' bit.
I don't even have the excuse of being stoned - though that should be remedied in 75 hours...
