a gram a nice jay?
so 1 gram is like one nice joint?
Yeah, I go with 1 gram per joint in Adam. Tall Guy is very correct; densisty is highly variable with all the types of weeds. I will assume this is your first time in the dam? It might be wise to roll your joint and smoke it slowly and see how you feel. This of course depends on what type of weed you are smoking. The first one of the trip is the one that gets it all rolling. On my last trip I smoked a joint of some indica (felt very relaxed), then smoked a joint of outdoor skunk mixed with Polm, that got me right where I needed to be
Hi,
indica punches you more down, that you want to stay on your couch. sativa gets you high and giggling...

Yes, I agree with Pennah. In my reply above my first joint was a low strength indica, which was a very relaxing smoke, but I needed something else so I smoked an outdoor skunk-the best of both worlds, indica from the skunk + the long budding times of outdoor weed for a great high. Of course hybrids can give you a little bit of both. I like to check out the smokersguide.com for strain reviews (seems down at the moment). I like getting stoned at nite and high in the day. Of course this varies, if someone offers me a joint of indica for lunch, I ain't gonna turn it down
niiicceee how about volcanos and whatnot
they look cool...do you buy the bag for it? is there like a waiting list? does it take a gram at a time? wheres the best place for it??? I am SALIVATING thinking about October!!!!!
You just walk up to the dealer counter, politely ask to see the menu, you might want to ask the budtender for any recommendations. Some come pre-weighed in gram baggies. Siberie (one of my faves) has a menu under dark glass that lights up with a button, I believe Stix does as well. Bluebird (another fave) has a book full of sample baggies to look through. Most have a laminated menu. Dampkring has a large menu with effects of the strains printed in English. See Fly By Nites excellent menu archive: http://192.148.252.25/~reatta/menus.html

All the bags are supplied and free, just ask the budtender, they are usually happy to help newcomers out - they're used to it.pippin65 wrote:they look cool...do you buy the bag for it? is there like a waiting list? does it take a gram at a time? wheres the best place for it??? Put as much as you want in...de Kuil is a good place to start.
Top tip: make a O with your thumb and forefinger to smoke thru, then you don't get everyone's germs (christ I sound like Dr Niles Crane
If you really want good recommendation go to the Mellow Yellow. The guy who was serving us told us everything about Sativa/Indica (even though we knew everything since we are growing it our own
) and he recommended some strains and so on. the weed there is great as well.
Since you seem to be very new to the "new wave" in weed, go to the Mellow Yellow, ask the guy to help you, he will do happily, I am sure he would even roll you a joint or show you how to do if you ask. never had a friendlier dealer than him.
Whereever you go, dont buy 5gr. straight, buy 1 gr., sit at a table, try it and then if you like it buy more.
Dont go to the tourist-shops like "The Bulldog"(there are more than one of them).
The Dampkring is a good shop as well, the dealers there are friendly as well, but since this shop is always crowded they dont have that much time to explain you things as they probably would like to do

hey i might be way off the mark here, but some reports i read are sayin that there is a big difference in strength of weed now and 20 years ago!
so maybe start with some of the lighter weeds, then if your not gettin stoned enough try somethin stronger, better than startin on somethin too strong and feelin ill.

I have built a vaporizer similar to this; using a car lighter, battery and alligator clips. However a "real" vapor is quite expensive, for me anyways. I've never used one in the Dam. From this forum I know Homegrown Fantasy (next on my list) and Grey Area (also on my wish list) have them for customers to use. If I'm not mistaken De Kuil (420) and Nes also have them.pippin65 wrote:i have heard of little vaporizers...glass ones that utilize a cig lighter...are these available over ther cheaply???
