I'm going with a former smoker who wishes to re-discover his smoking past.

It is his first trip to the Dam although he was meant to go for his 18th way back in 91 but never got there.

Staying at Rookies hotel again from Oct 28th --> Oct 31st it will be a blast.

Rookies is one of the consistently best coffeshops in A-dam...it has its moments but always a relaxing smoke and friendly service...enjoy!
