Dampkring or not, this place is fantastic to chillax in. 3 floors, all of which are nice and chilled, and great food. The special cake is brilliant and pretty trippy just to look at, never mind once you eat the thing! I went there 3 days out of my 5 and would go back tomorrow if I could. get some cake, roll a jay, chill the fuck out upstairs, go on some internets, watch a dvd (bowie was on one day 8) ) and get a couple toasties or hot dogs (both fucking good!) to keep you going. I bought some King Mohammed from here and it was more than enough hash for the whole trip! Kept me nice and stoned.

This was my first time in a CS and the dealer (guy with a mohawk) was very friendly and helpful. The GF and I got into A.Dam late and wanted something just to take the edge off a bad (train) trip. He recommended John Sinclair and it was perfect. Moist, fragrant and mostly bud. Floaty happy to walk around the city. We smoked that on and off as our 'stop and go' smoke through out the 2 days there. Atmosphere was great, staff friendly and helpful. On the stretch the time we arrived it was this, Barney's, Rockerji, etc... and the crowd looked a little 'soccer jock' for my tastes. No offense to anyone personally. We hadn't found Siberia yet. I saw the Dampkring logo and knew from what I'd read it'd be good stuff.
Also our last stop to finish off some of what he had picked up over the weekend. Again, great mood on the balcony seats, friendly people, no BS. I will definitely stop back on my next visit.

this was the first coffee shop the girlfriend and I visited when we landed last thursday. I made it a mission to go here first as I am a massive fan of the floyd. When I seen the the Dampkring sign on the window I originally didnt think it was pink floyd I completely forgot Dampkring bought it. I liked the atmosphere of the place pity they were not playing any pink floyd, I bought 1gram of rifman salma at 16e, definitely a nice hash, almost like the texture to a piece of chewed up chewing gum, very nice stone off it, I returned for 2 more grams before I went home, I hope royal mail is as shit as they make out, lol.

Was there last week, Tues & Weds.

Beautifil Super Silver Haze. On a par with SSH the Greenhouse Centrum were doing 6 to 8 years ago, that was one of the best examples I have smoked in de dam. While i'm on the subject of SSH, Mellow Yellow had this strain back in March and July, it was top notch.

Cheers,

Jack.

i'm not sure either but common sense would say you have to grind your weed first(flat package) and put in a zip lock bag or make it as smell proof as possible. Don't try to taint smell with garlic, mint or tiger balm as sniffer dogs go for irregular smell as opposed to neutral. For hash again make flat, easy if soft and you could put inside cd case to make it look regular. Some packages are x-rayed in UK but random because of cost.
This said i look forward to replies by people that have sent and not my "well thats the way i'd do it" suggestions. Always a risk, don't send more than you can afford to lose. better than bringing back on person.

I miss the old Pink Floyd too, however visited the newest Dampkring for breakfast every morning for ten days at the begining of Feb 2008. The place was under construction but the girls, the dealers and the owner were all great. This place has the best service, chirpiest brightest girls and best dealers in the Dam. The food was awesome, Barneys Breakfast has now closed, but it was the bright enthusiathic staff that gave the place such a buzz. Like the band Pink Floyd has now retired but in it's place is a great new coffeeshop............. don't slate it. Someone will open up a new Pink Floyd somewhere... just not as good!

double vacuum sealed... dvd case... jiffy bag. 1/2 oz posted friday lunchtime arrived monday morning.

conversation with post office man on Haarlemerdijk goes as follow.

"Hi, this needs to go to the UK please"
"Sure, is that Priority or Normal?"
"Whats the price difference?"
"E2.80 for Standard, E3 for Priority"
"Yep Priority, definately....."

Best .20c I spent all day!
