A trip usually lasts from 8 to 12 hours. Physically speaking, it's not addictive so you can easily control it. In fact, a lot of people have quit using it entirely without the help of rehab. LSD is a prohibited hard drug in the Netherlands I don't think anyone can help you. This is a proper drug, this will radically change your environment and your perception and you will not always be able to predict what's going to happen.
