WW in Haarlem sells the real deal, if you have had it before you will recognise the smell/taste instantly. Buy some, you will not be disappointed.

I was about to get TB from wortel's, now I am not sure! Please can someone confirm that the TB @ Wortels is at least the same quality than stix?????
I hereby confirm that both are exactly the same!! Or at least very very similar. Get involved either way.

Fair points there shady. I had the Orange Haze the other week, nice smell and taste.

I would also add Super Silver Haze to your list mate, from Dampkring. YOU will not be dissappointed, Its probably my favourite weed of all time. Ever!

Also add Rifman Hash on there from Pink Floyds or Dampkring

And Sour Diesel from any of the Rokerij establishments.

Have a great time, im still gathering motivation to do my trip report, its very difficult. :)

aaron wrote:id always heard that the REAL temple ball from years ago had a small ball of opium in the middle, the balls are then left for a while before being sold, and the opium seeps out into the hash. The "wrapper" is also very distinctive (do a google image search of temple ball).

Id be very surprised if it really is real temple ball from Nepal, ive heard that more and more hash (especially dark hash) is made in Europe and Holland now as opposed to being imported due to the transporting of vast ammounts of hash.

Can anyone verify this?
Firstly, urban myth ... there was never opium in TB.

Secondly, if you get the real deal it wont be made in the EU, that much is self explanatory... you can buy temple ball in loads of places, but you really do notice the difference in a bit from say Greenhouse Effect and Stix ... big difference :-)

I picked some up at Chocolata about 8 years ago, very, very nice. I'm not expert since I've never been to Nepal, but I loved this hash quite a bit. With regards to what is "real" or not, I can't say, but most likely on my next trip I'll get it from either Stix or WW.

HMMMM, I usually go for Sativas because they are generally harder to grow and much more a treat for me, esp. the outdoor varities, but I reckon I'd try WW, Dampkring, Mellow Yellow, Rokerij or Bluebird. I've hear the Fisherman's Friend at Prix Di Ami (sp?) will lay you out.

I just remembered, I tried some Colorado grown White Russian (white widow x AK47) recently and have seen Rusland has this on the menu. Very nice indica that will hit you fast and lock you down.

Rusland is a quality shop, dont worry to buy there, its dark, but their weed/hash is top notch!

A good one and a cheapie at 7.5 euros was Mr Nice Hashplant from Pink Floyds/Dampkring

I also enjoyed East Coast Trainwreck at Noon and Mellow Yellow, bit pricey at 12per g, and i dont even know if its indica, but it put me on my ass pretty quick.
