Hello i'm looking for coffeeshops on or near Lutmastraat, Any ideas?

I stayed just off Lutmastraat in August. Theres a few coffeeshops along it but none looked overly inviting, however Greenhouse Tolstraat is just around the corner and is well worth a visit.
