dont need em.....used to weather there as i live 75 miles from the dam in the nearest uk town to hamsterjam.......and i don't need thermals just yet,not old for another 30 years hahaha

learned lesson 1st time i went........never seen so much rain luckily boat we stayed on in oosterdok ,the skipper and girlfriend let us dry out our gear......so now always pack warm plus waterproof.........its no fun staggering around at 2 am soaked and freezing

I'm looking forward to being cold for a change, this tropical weather gets old after a while.

28-30C day after day, with the palm trees and sand and all.

10C with grey sky with a windy drizzle...now that's what I'm talkin' 'bout!

Weed and Hot Chocolate sittin by the radiator watchin the world go by...

Only 15 more days.

BTW I bring longjohns, the cold doesn't bother me. Snow would be great but it is probably too early for that.

Busted..actually they are leotards. You're right, I couldn't find any skivies in Miami. American football players wear pantyhose, but I do not think I want to go to the Dam wearing stockings. I could just see getting stopped and searched...

The cops wouldn't give it a second thought (or look) in amsterdam... i think they are used to much stranger stuff than a man in pantyhose....

thats the reason it is a great city......i have never seen a city where the people act so friendly with everyone.....as long as you are friendly yourself, only seen this in the netherlands.....dont know why, but the multiculture-thing works there better than here in germany
