Looks like I might get to make a little side trip to AMS Dec 7 & 8 while I'm in EU for business - are any of the Cup entries typically still available two weeks after the event? Not like I need any more incentive to go or anything... Thanks.

How long do the Cup strains usually last?

Months, weeks, depends on how well they sell.
Of course, the mere fact that they have been entered in the cup helps them sell regardless of how good they are, so don't be misled by that, we're all different and will react differently to the same strains .... in my experience, the cup is more of a pissing contest than a quality one....

yeah, I realise that the judging at the Cup might not be entirely impartial - but certainly some of the entries are good even if they don't win, and at least a few of the winners turn out to be worth checking out from what I can tell. Anyways, I'm now gonna be there Nov 30 and Dec 1, so I expect to be able to sample more than a few of the entries - altho maybe it'll be a race between me and Badfrog's group....

Hey trajhip2000,If it is possible you are more than welcome to come to Rookies at around 1 in the afternoon and join in the meet and greet( and smoke) that is going to happen on the 30th. Don't worry about knowing anyone, thats the point of the meet, and my group of 3,Matty,smoker moby and a couple of others are going to be there and none of us have met yet.It should be a great time. FlyByNight has posted the info on his who's in town page http://192.148.252.25/~reatta/WhosInTown/InTown.htm
