herbal high's

not tried this herbal/legal high kind of stuff has anyone got any recomendations? also whats the best way of taking them spliff,pipe,bong does it make any difference?

the only one I tried was 20x salvia extract and boy does it work.

Salvia sure does work, smoke it hot and inhale it deep and keep it down...... I had crushed woodrose seeds in boiling water........ well, cold after an hour of stewing, and it was mildly funny and light altering.......

As for any of those herbal x, forget em, I tried most of em and no matter how many you take the only rush you'll be getting is to the nearest toilet.... Ephedra made my face hot and head pound till my next joint..... I guess that's early menopause eh?

I tried some pills called Trip-E which i got from Concious Dreams. The girl made them sound really good, like they'd make me as high as real pills would. I took 2 on an empty stomache and got nothing, so took the other 2 a few hours later and still nothing. Bit of a let down really. Certainly not worth the €11 i paid for them.
