Never been to Haarlem, worth the trip?

In the 17 years ive been going to Amsterdam ive never taken the trip to Haarlem. Is it worth the trip?, how long is the train ride? I 've read about alot of loud rap music at WW Sativa, which I would not like. Is there anything going on there (weed, hash) that I cant find in the 'dam. Leaving in a few days and plan on going to new shops, should I add this to my list? Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks.

dont think i`ll stay in `dam again. Haarlem is so much nicer, less crowded. and the weed is usually cheaper. im goin 2moro for a quick over night stay
