I just dont get as high off the ice hash in Amsterdam as I do off good weed there. But that may be just me physiologically.
Here in the US I get ice hash for $15 a gram, and its just as good, if not better. Paying 40, 45, 60 Euros a gram is just a really bad value.

I do love the taste and smell of imported hash. But you lose a lot of that with highly refined ice hash.

Just my opinion.

haha....ask me man. every few months we visit amsterdam to buy us a smoke my list is longer than the list of coffeeshops on this site. then I have to back off myself, reduce the list so that I dont pay more than 100€ and there it goes all the strains I want to try so bad

Sh@dy - shame what you said about Amnesia and Stix as they've both become two of my favourite CS, both for the quality of their product and being good places to chill and smoke.

Luckilly enough I'll be able to have a look-see for myself in a couple of months

I dont think you just caught the dealer on a bad day, sh@dy. There have been an increasing number of complaints from people, on forums and also among the locals, about the attitude of the staff and the quality of the gear, at Stix. There are just too many other good shops that deserve your business , will treat you right and have quality herb. Avoid Stix. Peace.

Which Stix was it Sh@dy? If neither of them are up to standard then I'll just mark it down to experience, be a bit disappointed as I adored the Temple Ball. Can always buy elsewhere and just chill in Amnesia I suppose.

Was the one on Korte Koningsstraat. Maybe its just my personal experience, but I didnt like the shop from the moment I opened the door and entered. The people sitting there were looking at my girl and me like we were some kind of aliens.....no idea what was going on there, no music, unfriendly dealer. Maybe we really caught the shop in a bad moment, but I wont go back.
