Weed gets better with time depending on how it is stored, if it is cured right then it can last around 1 year - 18 months and just gets better like a fine wine, however after that period of time it starts to degrade.

As for Sativas, they take a lot longer to cure than indicas, I've smoked my own indicas after 4-6 weeks cure, and it's great, but Sativa takes up to 4 months to cure properly, I'm talking about pure Sativa like Zambian copper, or other landrace strains.

Weed degrades if subjected to sunlight and air. Store properly dried Bud in Air tight containers (Glass Pref) and it will cure nicely. You can easily get away with drying white strains over around 5 days at the right temp and humidity and it is smokeable straight away with good effect. Store it properly and it will start to cure in to pure quality. :D

So you should store your weed in a glass container that is about the same size as the amount of weed ( to lessen the amount of air) then store in a dark dry place????

do I have this right? let me know if I'm wrong or a better way - we try to buy in "bulk" when we can get good weed and often wondered the best storage method.
