The first coffeeshop i stumbled into was Mellow Yellow, tried their Mellow Haze and the realisation of being in Amsterdam really hit me as i sat and enjoyed those crazy buds.
If i make it back, i think my first stop will probably Grey Area, and if i can't find a seat there, i might head to a Rokerij.

central usually. for years i even made sure to be on the earliest flight of the day so that i could be on the doorstep at opening time.

It depends vastly on when I arrive and where I'm staying...... I've been plenty, I suppose the one I've visited first "Most" is 420.

But notables include........ :-

Smokey - Dear god, yes it was my first trip.
De Dampkring - was staying in Spui
t'Nes - was staying at The Rho.......
Greenhouse Centrum - It was raining hard an we arrived around 10am.... sort of made sense at the time.

The first stop of my first trip was Greenhouse Centrum. I bought into the CC award thing, as that was the extent of my research, along with the ACD map. I remember thinking how the weed might be stronger than I was used to. Silly me, I'd lived in Humboldt for a while. I bought some skunk that wasn't that skunky to me. I remember being so excited about rolling a joint in pubic that my hands were shaking.

Not really a bad shop though, I've had some good grass from there.

I always go to Route 99/66 opposite Prix D'ami for my first purchase of the trip.. I have a really bad sense of direction but always seem to be able to find it first attempt.

This has kinda been a tradition for me for the last few years. Managed 10/11 trips last year, and even managed to bring my (non smoking) better half with me for 5 of them.

May see some of ya'll in 420 on 4/20 as I get in from my flight at around 2pm on the Sunday. Thats if I don't lose my way...

(must remember my satnav!!) lol

For me its The Coin for the first stop everytime...pretty close to the station on warmoestraat, nice big menu too.I go in there with all my luggage and sit for a bit before going to the hotel.Usually not too busy.Its usually about noon when I make it there
