Where do you stop first?, on every trip to the dam, the second we get off the train we head straight for Rokerij at the top of singel canal for a gram of white shark bio, then we sit in the window with mile wide grins and start to enjoy being back. So where do you go first?.

Closest to where I'm stopping, this upcoming trip it'll probably be Trefpunt.

tell if im wrong is it near De gooey Windmill on my way to zeerburg camping pass the zoo and Uamsterdam and hosîtal where mauritskade straart becomes zeeburg?

Rookies for me, just a tradition I/we have. Last trip we were staying miles away from it too and decided to walk there. Passed places like Mellow Yellow one of the Greenhouses, Stix, wqas killing me. Longest I've been in Amsterdam without getting stoned

the past 2 times i have been the first place I went to was Pink Floyd/Dampkring for some rifman, amd it will be the first place I go to in may even though we will not be in the city till 11pm, still getting that rifman for my first bong hit.

As Boner said -"Closest to where I'm stopping"...but last November we rolled in on the 5:55 AM flight ,and were on the streets by 8 ...first shop we found open was Andalucia ,just off RembrandtPlein ...deserted except for the dude on duty ...turned out to be a good one. 2 grams Silver Haze 16 E and the upstairs to ourselves to shake off the jetlag for a bit.

Nice pics eps. Especially the 2nd one. Next trip I'll be taking a tram to the apartment, so this will be the longest I'll have gone without hitting a shop. I usually find one on the way to checking in. Last time was Siberie, a great choice 2 spliffs, a large cup of coffee and nice waitstaff. A wonderful welcome. I reckon I'll try Club Media for my next first stop.

Yeah that sounds right, only thing is during my trip in December I went by and the menu readNice Place (I think??) so it might not be signed up as Trefpunt.

Yeah the interior shot of Andalucia really a crap pic, that shop was never even on our radar ...just the first one open . But ideal for us at that time . Never been before ,nor since ...the 2.50 drinks seemed a bit high.
Not real sure if Jim and Sonia are from USA or not ,but after 8 hours in airplane seats, a comfy CS helps . Basjoe would be my first choice but they don't open early . So its a crap shoot ...other years first shops ? lets see ...Happy People,Kadinskys ,Arabica ,Basjoes ....this year ? ...looks like CS Little an early opener ...and close to this years hotel ...never been . good choice ?

i have only been 3 times, my first coffee shop experience was Kadinskys, down the little allyway its got a Kadinsky bar across the ally. my 2nd trip i first went to Rokerij @ the top of single. 3rd trip pinkfloyd/dampkring.

Another one who can't get further than the Rokerij here! Usually for the NL5Xhaze - maybe I'll try the White Shark next week instead.

a gram of a nice sativa from the coffeeshop, and then accross the road to barneys uptown to smoke and have a coffee.

I usually go to a shop on the way to the apartment that i enjoyed last trip and isnt to far out of the way to pick up a bit. Last trip was Prix D Ami. Next trip will be Cafe 420 to pick up some blueberry to take back to the apartment. Then its always without fail off to the grey area for my 2nd stop. Has been always will be!!!

sounds good, but get the chocolope from grey area not barneys. barneys have an batch that grey area didnt buy as it wasnt good enough and barneys are selling it for more!
