Me and my friend must have got lucky then. We only saw 2 different budtenders there and we were there everyday in our 4 day trip in september. Both of them were cool.

I have the feeling its just this one budtender who is rubbing us all the wrong way, who has been working there only for the last 7 or 8 months (I think he's American or Canadian, not sure). Exact same thing happened to our group, we were standing at the front about to go in, and he come out just to say "what are you doing here?", it was rude and unnecessary.
I've seen at least 6 different people working there, depending on the time of day etc. I know for a fact that at least 3 of the budtenders who work at Anyday are extremely cool, relaxed, respectful and friendly people, and would never in a million years act the way this guy did (unless the customer was behaving badly and deserved it). I used to go there especially for this reason, because they treat me like an old friend instead of a customer. One of the good guys has dreadlocks, so if you see him working there, give Anyday another chance, its a great CS apart from this issue.
Its a shame that one budtender is ruining one of my favorite coffeeshops with his attitude!
Someone pissed off Ohm and Tutti and they won't go back. Huge shame, since most people working there are very cool. Everytime I have been there, they are nice. The one thing about that shop, is you need to engage the budtender before going upstairs. Even just to tell him/her that you are looking for your friends and will be down to buy something once you check.
I would love to meet this guy, as you know I sometimes have issues keeping my opinions to myself Sounds like he needs a good 'talking' to. Unless of course he is USBL sized...
I had a negative (not horrible) experience here. Went in and bought a juice, and asked if I could try one of their vaporizers. The bud-tender said, "I'll do it as a courtesy, but we like you to buy our buds." Then some random guy hanging out there pretty much showed me what to do. I think he was just trying to get a few hits because once it was gone, so was he. Ruined my wive's first ever attempt to smoke, but the next night she had space cake from Dampkring 2, and hot chocolate. She was seeing a kaleidoscope before the night was through!
Don't think I'd go back, especially when I didn't even hit up Voyagers on my maiden trip!

It wasn't like I didn't buy a drink, and I only had a small joint I ripped apart for the vape. The wife was claiming she didn't feel anything so maybe I would have bought some had the whole vibe been better.

Sorry about the bad turn, but if your wife didn't get the vaporizer experience, you'll have to go back to Amsterdam again if not to AnyDay. The vaporizer is an experience that opens an envelope. I had my first at Homegrown Fantasy back in 2007. I'm hoping to make it back later this year, although it will not be my second experience!
I been there a lot of times. In the past dealers were more nice and the stuff more cheap (cheese 8€ per gram).
Maybe also today the menù is good but there is a bit rude atmosphere, a lot of locals go there to smoke, so the dealer no care a lot about the tourist.
One time they asked the ID at my MOTHER! :°D After this i quitted with this place.
I visited anyday in march an found it 2 be a good litte shop once i purchased sum nyc deisel but as other people has daid felt tha budtender was in a stinker of a mood.
While i was lookin over the menu my girlfriend was ordering drinks when.she had ordered he snapped at her askin if she was gona b buyin weed or hash, this pissed my off abit but by tha time i was upstai smoking a verdamper taking to a nice couple we me everything was forgotten n had a gread hour or 7 in ther, will definately b back
I visited Anyday last week, and there was a young friendly female budtender more than whiling to answer all my questions. I bought some hash (can't remember the name, but something with gold in it). Nice smoke session upstairs. The only downside was a looong queue outside even to enter the place when I visited early afternoon. But I take that as a good sign

I was there on October 3 and so was the young, friendly female budtender. I thought the menu was interesting as much of the weed was organic. Additionally, if their nomenclature was consistent, they had some weed sourced in Switzerland. Bought a spacecake which was moist, flavorful, and pretty potent.
was here in august and got a gram of the blue diesle and a gram of the strawberry kush. both stood out as some of the best tasting weed i had in the dam. the budtender was friendly but there where some dirty look giving locals in there, but overall id recomend this place, and the blue deisle!
