Dopestock in Amsterdam

Hi Guys,

I already posted this in the Introductions section, but this seems a more fitting place for it, so apologies for double up on the info...

I run Dopefiend.co.uk, which is a podcast network dedicated to the Cannabis Culture: we have free downloadable radio shows covering all sides, from Cannabis news and law to growing, music, comedy and psychedelics.

Every year on April 20th we gather in Amsterdam for Dopestock, which is where all our listeners and podcast presenters from around the world get together to make friends and live shows. We organize it all with the help of the Cannabis College and several coffeeshops and other Amsterdam businesses. Last year was our first one and it was a huge success, and this year looks even better.

When is obvious, but where

We do sort of have our own 4/20 thing, but am always open to new things, especially since this will most likely be my last Visit for awhile.

It takes me all my togetherness to organise myself to get over to the 'Dam to meet up with you guys let alone organise anything there

Between ACD and VDF we have been meeting at DeKuil ( actually not one of my favorite shops ) and then to Nes, mainly to see DC and smoke the VerDamper.
Will actually be staying in Haarlem this trip.
Am always open to something new.
I think I expexted more last April when it hit 4:20.( this was my first 4/20 trip )
Thought people would be blowing horns, etc. like New Years.
Don't actually think anyone even noticed when clock hit 4:20 besides me.

Which we have to go all the way to Amsterdam to celebrate.

yeah sorry guys, Lemming's right.

We have a daytime session at the Cannabis College, from 12 till 5, which includes our main 4/20 celebration. We'll be recording live podcasts, generally mingling and stuff. Then we have an evening session for which we've booked the Dolphins Coffeeshop basement, and that where we'll announce the winners of the Dopestock Cup and the Dopefiend.co.uk Film Festival.

We've also got a boat trip going on on the Saturday, but I think that's fully booked now. If any of you fancy checking out the podcast, it may help you decide if you want to come along to the event or not. Anyway, hope to see some of you there.
