Live Friday 11 April 2008

Post by SlyCrayon »

Am here, baked in Siberie. Smoked NY Diesel from here this morning. Later had G13 in Amnesia. it was notably sticky, fragrant. Am in a second day of being in an extra colourful world, rich with flower scents, curries and spices and scraps of conversation in half a dozen different languages. The weather has been even sunnier today, a little cooler in the evenings. Greetings!

Siberie has two cams, one for security and one for waving at me. The webcam is over the booth (my fave spot, if free)

Hard to remember all this stuff. We are stoned to the bone, here, giggle week, wandering in Mokim. Found NL ice hasj at Het Balloonetje yesterday; that was nice. 420 should bee an exciting time!

vrijdag 18 april

Crayon dancing, that is me. This morning I'm trying a sample of Swazi ... forgot the second part. It is private stock, could not tell you where to get it. Really smooth smoke, but I expect to lose familiarity with the computer keyboard any minute now. I always am impressed how pleasant tasting and smooth strains are in local gardens and wonder why ever there is any bad grass in the coffeeshops. But the big coffeeshop and the small grower seem to work at cross purposes. Too bad there is no farmers' market for the weed guys, would that not be lekker? Tachtien april, 18 april; the days of sun sparkling off the waters of the grachten may be past. Today looks like a snow day.

At this moment, I have to stick with Diesel, Saynt. I found a limited amount from a private source and it is fragrant, smooth and potent, all the things we love about wiet. I'm still recovering from 420; please forgive tardy reply.

Great trips are possible for everyone. Plan ahead. Last year I was moping around, so I set myself to be here this year. There have been almost too many activities, but it is wonderful to meet cool new people of like mind and interests.

You can see where I'm stoned in my posts--spelling mistakes, ha, ha, ha!

evening, 25 April 2008, from Siberie. still sunshine outside

Diesel and also Cheese, new results just in from on-site testing facility...

I really enjoyed the Cheese at the ICMAG, and also the So Gouda, which has a similar flavour but may have an even better buzz. More testing is needed.

Before this trip I had not tried Cheese, just didn't find it, whatever. Today I've tried Arjan's Haze (don't know which number) from Greenhouse Union and it is a nice high but the flavour is not as interesting as Cheese from Dampkring/Pink Floyd. The Dampkring Haarlemmerstraat location will be closed 5 May to 5 June 2008, I think were the dates, for completion of renovation and redecoration. A vehicle will shuttle patrons to the midtown Dampkring during that time. Cheese from ICMAG people (several had it) packed a better buzz, but the stuff from Damkring is decent, pleasant flavour and smooth smoke.

For all that, the Diesel is probably my fav and the most trippy. More research is required.

Nice work Sly. I'd heard the strains from this cup were clones brought just for ya'll to smoke :D (Lucky) Sogouda=CheesexAmnesia HazexBlueberry. FYI I've heard Bluebird has it in stock. Just don't smoke it all before I get there.
