I'll be in Amsterdam in 79 hours, and that weather looks fine from where I'm coming...

Last Saturday it was 20-25 centigrade here in Astana, hot enough for t-shirts in the garden.
As of yesterday, we have snow drifts again

(Somewhat obviously the temperature has dropped to -10 or so)

So whilst I hope the weather in Amsterdam does improve for everyone in time, I'll just be glad not to be risking frostbite any more

I'll be travelling on to England and Wales after Amsterdam for a week or so, where the chance of rain is often 70%+

ten hours and I'll be on my way. If http://www.seatcounter.com/ is right, looks like I may be able to stretch out a bit and actually sleep on the way over. I bet the budtenders get a little tired of hearing "I just got here. Do you have a nice sativa to help my jetlag?" from every North American on their first day.
