Lemming, great meeting up with you tonight at the Nes.

Great meeting you too. Bits of last night are coming back to me. AzLaker had a jumper on with the same logo as his avatar. As someone said, it's good to put faces to the avatars and itsmymagicallife and slycrayon were new to me. Enjoy the IC Cup. I don't know much about that but it looks fun.
This live reporting is good but hard work. Needless to say, everyone is going for it.

420 day and the sun is shining. The weather has been very kind to us. On Friday it was sunny and quite warm, yesterday was overcast but OK. There's been a cold wind in the evenings but none of the predicted rain.

Went to coffeeshop Sanementereng yesterday. It's an extraordinary place. We also went to Boom Chicago at the Leidseplein and signed up for the St. Nicolaas Boat Club. We're on the 9:30 evening trip on Monday so after the 4 o'clock session at the Nes. If anyone else fancies it, get yerselves up to Boom Chicago and sign on.

Getting into the rythm now. Not quite as dazed and confused as on the first day.

What did u smoke at sanemanterang Lem, when I stoped in last summer I got 2 grams of Haze Highlife. Was a very nice smoke at a reasonable price.

Back home now, sadly.

On Monday we went over to Haarlem and to Willie Wortel's Indica. Found Twitch alone in the apartment above the shop. After a Volcano and joint, Rez and some others returned from an excursion over to Zandvoort. Eventually we all made our way over to Amsterdam and back to Nes again.

After dinner we went to Boom Chicago for the St Nick's boat trip we'd signed up for earlier. As we approached we were surprised to see SilentlyScreaming and his partner waving at us. It turned out they'd signed on to the same trip so the four of us went off together. In all of the decades I've been visiting Amsterdam I've never been on a canal tour so this was fantastic, especially with such pleasant company. Thanks guys, great to meet you.

In fact, thanks to everyone we met over the weekend. It was great to meet all of you, old and new.

It was a very powerful weekend. A lot of weed was smoked and there was talk, billiards, cards, drink, more talk, and moonlight reflecting off the grachten; 420 was a full moon. Myself, I'm still recovering.
