Am looking for comfortable seating in coffeeshops....
Can anyone name some please ?

I suffer from back pain and do not enjoy sitting on wooden chairs with no back rest.

Sofa's, bed's, nest of cushions or bean bags... even comfy seats will do.

Just no backless, hard seating...

eg: Hillstreet Blues....thats all i can think of :(

Dolphins and Kashmir lounge spring to mind.

I don't mind the hard uncomfortable seeting...... it keeps me awake!

Basjoe is good, bits of Abraxas, Bluebird has a big sofa, and there are 2 smoker-friendly bars (until July smoking ban anyway) up at the Station end of Nieuwendijk called Lost in Amsterdam and Wonder Bar - both have hookah pipes and comfy areas with big cushions. I'm pretty sure it was Nieuwendijk, that area anyway...

It is sometimes hard to find this sofa free as it's usually the first part of the shop people head for...but worth it if you can get to sit down. Very comfortable, makes it hard to gather the energy to move after several smokes.

Hi, new here from Australia and I get the idea from one movie that place white sofas with black and maroon colour decorative cushions, do you think is it a good idea under the dark lights?

I can't tell whether this is preparation for a spam attack or seriously good shit.

Hey Karren I totally feel ya on that one! Sometimes I go that same place and sit on my hand until it's numb and then just absolute violate myself, like a daggum free-for-all - that's called a "stranger", you ever give yourself a stranger Karren?

I liked it more when spammers wanted to sell kitchens
