HAS THE POTENCY OF HASH DECREASED?

This is one for the old hippys and such. I've heard that the Hash that was going round in the 60's and 70's was much stronger. For instance the nepalese is apparently much less potent now than it used to be. I dont know if it is true, as I've only been smoking a couple of years. A friend who is in his mid 50's tells of how the hash used to be one hitter shit, yet now we have to make big spliffs of it.

One word: Isolator. Thanks to bags people are making much stronger hash than there was in the 60's and 70's.

I often wandered if so called "imported" hash is actually really just nederhasj in the coffeeshops.
Ive had better Nepalese in the UK than I have ever had in the Netherlands, but its very rare!

As an 'old hippy'
may I suggest that the best way to find out about about hash is to sit in somewhere like Nepal, up in some mountains (maybe the Rif as well), and gently rub the heads as the sun strikes in the early morn, so that you gather the resin and then rub the hands together, take out your pipe (skins are no good and they don't have them any way) put in a 'lump', lite up, sit back and....................................then you'll get a good idea of what is a nice piece of hash
Hand rubbed just doesn't get much better and you can put up a sign that says 'all my own werk'
Saying that, I've always managed to find some nice nep in the 'Dam

Hey BB have you got any photos of your travels? I'd like to hear some stories if you ever have time to write them. Sounds like you've had some great adventures!
