I dont know what the Italian newspaper says as I dont read or speak Italian but all the coffeeshops are not going to close down. The current dutch government is making up new rules frequently to try and close down some shops, and have succeeded with some, but they wont all be closed. Come and enjoy the freedoms! Peace.

The main thing that will happen with coffeeshops and other public places is the tobacco ban, 1 July. Nothing is too clear yet of how it will work so we'll see.

There are many countries that do not approve of the dutch pragmatic attitude toward cannabis and other things. Hopefully, one day enough people will see through all the lies governments feed to them and that it cannot be stopped, so why not choose for greater harm reduction. Peace.

An article appeared in one of our local papers about how the Dutch government was using the tobacco ban to close coffeeshops and for closing them if they are too close to schools.

typical US Mass Media misinformation, the only thing that may be correct is closing C/S too close to schools.
