In no certain order:
Hill Street Blues: Even without the cheap beer any longer lol.
Abraxas: Great for chilling for an hour or so
Rastababy: If only for the reggae music and view
Central: Only for the view and the great box menu
I guess my mind would pick different by next week lol. But Hill Street Blues would always top my list. The others would likely change as I recall past trips etc.

no doubt youve been and come back already, but heres my list just to join in:
day time:
1) rokerij (both I and II)
2) Abraxas
3) sitting outside grasshopper, by the water
4) sitting out the front of sensi seeds coffeeshop
night time:
1) rokerij I
2) dolphins
3) out in the front seats (where you look out on the 'plein') of bulldog palace
4) stones cafe (ok not really a coffeeshop, but its smoker friendly)

GA - no better place for the buddy
Dampkring - great menu & vibe
Amnesia - fave late night hang spot
La Tertulia - daytime fave -extremely mellow
I could list 10 more places that deserve top spots....just a matter of location in my eye. (love Mellow Yellow, but too far from my hotel for frequent visits)

Rookies-Was my first c/s. Kinda nostalgic but staff was awesome and the vibe was chill
Grey Area-not a place to chill but a great place to score
Amnesia- Budtender was awesome and the menu haad a good selection.
Tops-I really enjoyed this place. Bud was ok but the atmosphere was awesome. Very comfy.
