the place is smoker friendly it has a bar and lounge area where u can sit and chill but i dont think u can smoke in ur room bec of fire hazard.

Get it booked NOW. You might struggle to get a room anywhere at this late date :!: Amsterdam is really busy in the summertime.

I just checked the Winston, and there's very few beds left around the end of the month. Good luck...

yes it really sux, what does it cost u to fly to the Dam with the euro?

I second that, the FP probably has some beds also bec of the big dorms, but check it out quick, you dont mind sharing a coed dorm do ya? :lol:

I paid this time from Naples(Italy) to Amsterdam 80€ for a return ticket, but it was a good promotion and I bought it in March. Normally we spend 150€.

150 Euro is like $225 US at the moment, i pay more than that to fly from NY to Las Vegas (5 hours) so you can imagine an international flight...

what airline flies out of naples to amsterdam? i always fly transavia out of pisa. it's a discount airline and they often have specials but i've never found anything as low as 80euro for a return ticket. i usually pay between 150 and 180.

im not totally against sharing a room but im told by those that know im a big snorer, plus im worried about getting my laptop and such stolen. totally k =now how busy the dam can be in the summer. went in august and sept and got a room but it wasn't easy.
educating myself and waiting for the next trip.

the FP provides you with a locker and combonation/key lock for your personal property in ur room. as far as snoring, everyone will probably be too drunk/high/stoned to notice, :lol:
