Dampkring and Tweede Kamer now 21 and over??

I go to tk a couple of times a week and it is the first time I have seen the over 21 sign. I may be wrong but I think it may only be for the summer months when groups are more likely to smoke outside because of the weather.

that's weird, i went 2 Dampkring in November of 07 an I'm only 18 an I got in fine.. I didn't see Any 21+ sign's anywhere...

bah! thats a nuicence. im 25, and 4 of the 5 others who are going next week are 21+. just one of us is 20.
