Well cant be any more detailed as Easyjet dont release there winter flights for sale for probably the best part of 2 weeks yet!. But I'll probably be looking at going over for 3 or 4 nights in the mid to second half of november.
Anyone else likely to be in Amsterdam around that time of the year?.

If you go the last week of November there will be ALOT of people there, as the Cannabis Cup will be happening Nov. 23rd-27th and Amsterdam (and the coffeeshops) are filled with people.
You may see this as a good oportunity, if not you might want to plan for early to mid november (we will be in town Nov. 5th-13th) and beat the crowd.

I am still in 2 minds weather or not to do the CC dates, which I have been for a good 2 weeks or more now!. The pros being loads of people of cause, new strains, trying cup winning gear before most or even being the cup winners etc.
But the cons being, to many people, hard to get into faverate coffeeshops and sit and smoke, overpriced new gear, to many idiots, getting to close to xmas for the gf to be even more than unhappy with me going as it is (thats a seperate issue alone) lol etc.
As it is I prefer going during the week instead of weekends as simply put the stag and weekend crowds often do my f'in head in, bloody so called expert smokers who are barely out of school lol. Then again certainly no expert smoker myself lol.
Dont get me wrong as I hate being in an empty coffeeshop. But at the same time I dont like it being like sardines packed in a tin either. So in all probability I'll be doing early to mid november for about 3 or 4 nights!.

Not in my experience...only Grey Area was noticeably busier than any other time when I went (06). I'm sure the big Cup winners like Greenhouse will be busy too, but it's not half as big a deal as you might think. Most locals don't even know it's going on...or care.

I'm now favouring 3 or 4 nights from either the 9th or 10th of nov. Has to be the start of the week for me for various reasons. The week after that, 16th or 17th for 3 or 4 nights is not really the dates I want but prob the only other dates I'd do. So just waiting on Easyjet before I can confirm anything now.

I like going over in the November period and do some Xmas shopping if I get a chance

never really noticed it being a heck of a lot busier if I clash with Cup week, you wouldn't know it was on judging by my usual CS's (Stix, the Barney's near Rmbplein, Het B etc)
I think I'll wait for some offers on BMI or KLM out of Heathrow and look to go out 19th or so for 4 or 5 days.
