There are really good shops in Tilburg. We went to "Toermalijn" and "De Muze". both had very friendly dealers and I am sure you can ask them to give you something not too strong, just tell them you are a newbie, they will be happy to help you. I even think you can ask the dealers in both shops to roll you one. If they dont have the time, just ask someone whos sitting there, we saw very friendly dutch people sitting there.
If they dont have strains like "Jamaica" or "Thai", you could look for the Hazes, which usualy are stronger than any other strains, but they do a very very nice celebral high, which in my opinion is best for a beginner, than a heavy indica which can make you sleep away in the shop
If you buy the hazes, just dont put too much into your joint, only a little bit. In Toermalijn they have a menu where you can see if the weed is Sativa (which gives you a celebral high) or Indica (which makes you more sleepy).
Tilburg is a cool city for smokers, very nice and clean coffeeshops!
