I have been just reading up on this 420 drama
OK, I understand MH point of view entirely. I know where he is coming from and I entirely understand his feelings. I wasn't at the meeting, but I don't need additional sources to verify what he said, as I am sure MH is telling the truth. The things is, does it matter?
Before you jump down my throat and start getting ready to throw all reasons at me why it does matter, I am going to tell you why it doesn't matter to me, and, in fact, why boycotting his shop is not good for the marijuana scene in general.
and remember, it's only my point of view....
I don't know Michael, I see him in the shop reguarly but I don't talk to him and he doesn't talk to me. I am just another € in the till. I don't think his wife likes either myself or my friend Ray...

They are the owners but at the end of the day they are not my experience. My experience is William, who is working very hard to get some of the nicest buds he can. He has upgraded the menu from Shiva to 420 Kush, he is pushing for Cheese on the menu, and he has a very good new strain of SSH on there, as other reports on this forum mention..
The staff are great peopleand friendly, it's an enjoyable atmosphere. At the end of the day, the ultimate goal is the legalisation of Marijuana, and the more places that sell Marijuana, regardless of their intentions with the money, are still an aid to that cause. Sure if you feel strongly enough then boycott it. I don't feel that Michael's approach is damaging to the absolute certainty that is Marijuana legalisation. If you know he won't co-operate, then don't use him anymore in the group, get others to make the presentations.
I guess it relates to how confident you feel in the legalisation of Marijuana. I know it is going to happen, within my lifetime barring terminal illness or sudden accidental death. I know Michael's attitude is not going to affect the outcome. Also I don't agree with any company that charges money for a product or service, and I don't agree with a society that has money, but I live in one. I understand how much you care about the fight, but you only care about the fight when you are unsure of the ultimate outcome.
