DC, can you confirm it's now a 4pm opening up time at Nes... and is that the same for Sunday 19th...?
I want some daylight to photograph every page of The Book ... was kinda wondering about picking it up on Sunday (19th) and returning it on Monday (20th)...? that gives me Monday morning (when sober) to do my work...

Our website is up to date?....blimey, wonders will never cease.

Yup Rez, we open at 4 these days as Mr Twitch has said. You can pick the book up anytime. I live above the bar, so if ya give me a specific time I think I can manage to walk downstairs and open the door. Makesure ya do it before ya have a smoke though, once grinlock kicks in I can't see ya gettin any 'work' done.

Good man... I'll be in touch nearer the time. You know me, it will HAVE to be a pre smoke task, I'll check on locations but think I'll be pretty close by... we'll speak, cheers

“420” is like the ACD’s Annual General Meeting but, as this is a rather un-businesslike website, it’s a rather un-businesslike AGM. Unlike wine tasters, we do inhale, so communication is severely impeded. Nevertheless, I usually manage to remember something about all of the people I meet in the 420 and the Nes and, as others have said, it’s great to put faces and voices to the avatars.

As an old hippy, the ritual element of focusing on a time, day and point in space appeals to me. 4:20pm at the 420 coffeeshop in Amsterdam in the fourth month on the twentieth day is a nice spacetime to be. Everyone is welcome, but please let us all know if you’re planning to join us.

There’s a PC with internet access in the Nes so we will be able to report live to the rest of the forum from there. Looking forward to meeting you all there. This is what we know so far (in alphabetical order):

Booked:

As in previous years, we’ll no doubt spend a lot of time in the Nes where DC will kindly look after us and put up with a stoned me staring blankly at him while he tries to communicate with me.

Hopefully some other residents will come and join us too. Calling Claudandus, Deplana, Gapie, Milehigh, Puffin, etc. It’d be great to see you guys. If you plan to join us, please let me know and I’ll add you to this list.

Please can you put me down as resident after Feb 7th :)

I have already requested 4/20 off from my new job, so if I can, i'll see you there during the day, if not, probably later at NES.

Either way, I will be there now for Definite :)

SoulRider - my sincere best wishes and good luck on your new job.

Monday is often a day off in Holland, so you may be lucky depending in what sector you are working. I have some of my Dutch nieces childrens books for sale on E-Bay :)

If you are around the weekend before 420 give me a shout and we can catchup on life in the city of dreams :D

Either way see you at 420!!
