Welcome to the forums. To answer your question, almost certainly not. Anything thats intoxicating would impair your driving. So certainly covered by the Dutch law!.

Cant tell you about smoking in a car, even if its parked suppose its doubtful youd get seen though.

Funny you mention about the same effects indoors!. As I have to admit that possably the best hit I've ever had from a joint has been in a friends back yard 1 october morning at about 6.30am (after we had both finished a night shift in work). I still cant believe how intence the hit and feel was. So I have often tried to smoke by a cold open window in Amsterdam whenever I have had the chance. Quite different dont you think?.

yes indeed!

for me the I like to choose my situation carefully plan it out so I get the hit I want so badly, usualy goes like this :

1)productive day
2)good meal
3)in my car at a safe location (standstill not driving)
4)good music
5)my smoky friend to help me finish the joints!
6)allways at night..

anyone else the same ?

Not really although im partial to having a joint on a car journey, can be a bit deadly if its a bit of council though. Bloudy rockies

For all first timers I suggest S G Collins excellent site, How not to get hit by a bike and other stuff they forgot to tell you about Amsterdam.

What dates will you be in Amsterdam? I'll post you on the Whos In Town page.

Enjoy
