Rough Report..
Rough Report..
Spent the first 3 days hanging with a friend who I haven't seen for a while as he lives in the US, he said he'd gotten more stoned when he was with me that any other time during his trip, my work there was done!
Can't say anything stood head & shoulders above anything else smokeable wise, Amsterdam is currently going through a Cheese epidemic and tbh i'm a bit bored of it now, the best was the Chiesel from a local, his Diesel was pretty damn good as well, probably the strongest Diesel I've smoked 420's is tastier but not as strong.
The Sour Diesel at HGF was probably the smoke of the trip it was €10 for .6 or .8
The Chocolope is very nice as well.
Amsterdam felt even more expensive than December, the Cheese at Katsu was €20 for 2.1 in december now it's 1.9.
The Santa Maria @ Trefpunt (my local) was good value 2.2 grams for €16.
Tried Green Place, picked up some of the Hia hash (€10 a gram) which got a good write up over @ Smokers Guide, average morroccan blonde, the Huis polm (€7 a gram) at Trefpunt was better.
The Chocolata at Paradox is the same shame it's older & harder, much better when it was fresh.
Orange Bud at Basjoe still very good, my friend said the Super Polm was top quality.
Found a pack of 4 pre-rolled on my first day (the wife spotted them walking to the shop) and seeing that they were weed/tobacco I thought I'd give them to my mate who I was meeting later that night, he tried one and said they pretty much sucked so he passed the remaining onto someone the following morning in Vondelpark and by the sounds of things this guy enjoyed them so all is well.
Couple of downers, obviously everyone knows about the Sativa and it looks a sorry state all shut up so we headed down to Sensimellia and surprised to see a Doorman, the menu was really poor selection wise and after waiting a good 5 minutes to be served (the dealer was making drinks as well, maybe having to hire a doorman has come at the expense of someone maing drinks??) we gave up and went to Easy Going, great little coffeeshop with a very nice fruity Orange Bud. Had an amazing meal at W&A's as well the meat was probably the best I've had it simply melted in my mouth.
The Strawberry at Abraxas was pretty rubbish as well, €10 a gram as well, the attitude of the staff were a bit hit and miss.
That will do for now, I'll add more as I think about what went on and I'll add some pics as well.

Apologies to those I was supposed to meet.

Some good heads up there. Thanks for posting. I always look for a nice Super Polm over there as the high effect is lovely....sounds like Basjoe is still keeping people happy with their gear.
I just looked up Trefpunt on a map and it seems pretty far out to the east of the city. Did you stay close by there or take a bike/tram ride over??
