You would need to have a job and qualify for citizenship if you want to stay for more than a few months, which means you would have to learn the language, Nederlands. You would be in competition with other immigrants from all over the world; many have the dream, relatively few achieve the reality.
It is possible, though, if you have a saleable talent, to get a summer job. Fluency in other languages like French, German, Italian, and/or Spanish might help you find work in the tourist industries. Best of luck!
