Morning all........

Post by salty seadog »

Hi guys an' gals,

from the uk here and have just made my first two trips to the Dam this year and will be back there for another week 13th - 20th june and I cannot wait.

Cannot believe I have been smoking my pipes for 17 years now and it has taken me this long to get to my "spiritual home" where I can sit and enjoy a pint and a pipe.
Cheers for all the info and tips I have gleaned from the site in preperation for my first visit and the map is invaluable first time out.
Cheers to Lemming for running such a great site....Sir you are Class, as is the site.

I have a quick question about the "who's in Town" page, I followed a link to a page with a bright yellow background but couldn't work out how to arrange a meet up in town with like minded people..... A couple of pointers here would be grand...

cheers guys......

SSD

Welcome to the forum.

I have posted you on the June Whos In Town page. Have a smokey trip.

As to contacting folks that are posted. Occasionally they will supply me with a contact method, email or myspace sort of page. The persons name will be blue and underlined ( a hyperlink ). Just click their name and either a mailto link or their contact page will open.
If this is not the case, all the forum logos are clickable. They will take you to that users forum. If you are a member of the forum, just PM them. If not, you may be able to look at their profile for contact info. Worst case, post a message in the guest section with the persons name in the subject line. They will probably notice it and get back to you.

While you are surfing around, check out the Coffeeshop Menus page for a little pre-shopping shopping.

Enjoy

Cheers guys, thanks for the welcomes and thanks for the heads up FlyByNite....

Looking around the forum it looks like grey area and mellow yellow seem to get good reviews on their gear, the super silver haze seems popular and potent at the moment so i'll hunt that out i think. The cheese i had from the greenhouse last time was pretty tasty too......

thanks again guys.....
