This might be interesting. It's a chart of popular shops according to how often their pages have been visited on the site. Obviously shops mentioned on the front page or linked from other key pages will be ranked higher but there might still be some surprises here. Many visitors find the shop pages directly from Google. The numbers in brackets are the number of pageviews over the past two weeks.

Chocolata, #44 doesnt even exist anymore.

It is now Abraxas II.

I've edited the name of Chocolata.

This is only two week's data. The top three are miles ahead of the rest and the difference between many is just a few hits. It will be interesting to see how it settles down over a longer period. It's also interesting to compare this chart, which shows shops best known to the general public, with the votes on this forum, which reflect shops favoured by connoisseurs.
