im pretty positive that you can only grow 5 plants without the aid of artifical lighting.. so basically no indoor growing.. you can only grow with the sun.. and amsterdam doesnt have the longest growing season.

lol u must be joking. growshops sell lights and tell u how u use em. hydro is legal, just the 5 plant per person. so ur gf may not smoke, but she has 5 plants lol.

By Dutch law, you are absolutely right, cheese. In addition, you are "not allowed" to give food or booster or anything like that to the plants either. Only water. Just because grow shops sell all the equipment and materials you would need and give terrific advice on how to grow cannabis, does not mean it is legal or allowed. In Holland, cannabis in any form, is only tolerated; not legal. Peace.

I agree with the 5 plant maximum but I'm not sure about any restrictions on grow lights ect.

" Cultivating cannabis for personal use (up to five cannabis plants) is not a punishable offence, but tough measures are taken against large-scale

I cant seem to find anything online about it either, imml. It is what I have heard repeatedly from local growers and other cannabis lovers. If I find some "official" info about it, I will post it. One Love.
