Murphyscafe eventful trip 5th june to 9th!!!!

Well well well, where to start!!!

First off i appologise for the laaaaate post, have been nursing a major tooth inccident!!

Day1:
Arrived on the thursday nite at 2100 to schiponol only for easyjet to lose our bag!!!! how can u lose a bag with only 30 odd ppl on the flight?!?!?

After the hassle of trying to find someone to report it to we headed into town, " as fast as u like mr taxi man" ( waved a 50 euro note infront of him) , never got into town sooo quick!! Grabbed the keys to our apartment, couldnt believe the location! only one ally away from the 420! woop woop!! so we headed there, arrived with 15 min b 4 it closed!! my bro sitting on a stool looking like a white ghost! straight to the counter for 3g of Nevilles haze! the missus got 2g of SSH, smoked a pure of each then headed over to the Grasshopper ( i know i know, not the best place in town, but it was open for another hr at least) where we sat in the bar for a couple of drinks and a couple of j's! Then it was back to the apartment to get alittle sleep!

Day 2:
awake to find the other half sitting on the end of the bed with a big fat j ready for smokin! God i love her,what woman do u know will roll u one for when u wake up!! after a quick shower and the usual 1rh wait for her to get ready!!!! we head to Barneys uptown for some brekkie, only to find my bro sittin there with a pint n a j! (ive never seen my bro up b 4 11am, it was 10am!!!!) Have a expensive brekkie (13.60euro's each!!) and the rest of the nev's haze! which meant i needed more smoke, off to grey area. Got 2g of cheese n 2g of yellow cab (Both really nice smokes). we all sat in there for an hr, had a drink, got alittle to busy so we headed off for abit of shopping so the missus could get the usual toiletries and some cloths! 2 hrs later and more sober!! we were up by the 420 so went in for a smoke n drink, only to get a call from the airline to say they had are bag!!! By the time i realised what the time was, we had missed the meet with DrG n the rest of the gang ( sorry guy's, really wanted to put names to faces!!) so we ended up going back to the apartmen to wait for are bag to turn up, it finally arrived at half 6 in the evening! the poor guy who dropped it of look really pissed off, i think u would be if u had to drive into the centre of town on a friday nite and have to climb 2 flights of stairs! So i handed him a pure SSH to which he was VERY greatful and asked if we would like to join him and his other half for drinks as he was already an hr late to meet her ( i think we were his escape goats!!). All i can say is i remember going into this bar in the jordaan area, i dont remember getting home though!!

Day 3:
Wake up with the worst hangover EVER! for the missus to hand me Another j, this time she said it was rolled by the bag guy, and he said not for us to smoke it till the morning! OMG whatever he put in it , it was the most trippy smoke i have ever had in the morning, u know the first one of the day t's u up for the rest, well this on knocked me for six!!! After the usual brekkies at barneys, we decided to head to some of the coffeeshops mentioned on here ( many thanx guys!!!) first was Stix by niewmarket, got some Temple ball, some of the best ive smoked out there! and some amesia haze,wasnt too bad, had better. then it was off to Dampring, got some really nice hashes in there and a lovely bit of White widow. It was then off to meet the bro, found him proped up in the bulldog ( first one from the church!) he look white again!! so decided to leave him to it as i was taking the missus out for a meal. After a spruce up, we went to the floating chinese restraunt, the meal was REALLY good apart from when the bill came ( with two sweets on the tray) and i put one of the sweets in my mouth and bit on it thinking it was soft.....yes u guessed it, CRACK went my tooth!!! After alot of appologies and a free cab back to the apartment, i tryed smokin, but it was agony. As alway the missus came up trumps! she brought her xtra strong pain killers with her, 3 later i was able to smoke at least! then off to bed b 4 the pain came back!!!

Day 4:
Alot of the day was spent in the apartment feeling VERY sore, taking pain killers so i could smoke! the missus headed out with my bro, they got me some lovely Chocalope from grey area n a wok to walk ( i love this stuff! oh if any of u are in london, they have one in soho now!!).

Day 5:
LAST DAY!!!!! - woke up late (due to the pain killers i took during the middle of the nite), no time to do much, cleared the apartment, handed the keys back and it was straight off to the station to store the bag for the day. After that we headed to barneys for abit to eat, then down to 420 to finnish off what smoke we had left n off to the airport.

Well there you go, alittle long!

Sorry about the tooth...bummer.

But sounds like a lot fun...getting connected with locals is allways a good time.

What was the favorite smoke?

Hey sliderd!

Had to be the Temple ball from stix! i Luv the stuff, the nevilles haze from 420 was nice n fresh, some of the best ive ever smoked from there! ( ive smoked ALOT of it).
Like alot of the guy on here will tell u, the smaller coffeeshops have the better bud!
