whats would YOU recommend!?

Post by crass »

Hello again people some of you might be aware I am researching for a trip

I’m taking a group of Aussies to the Dam.

I have been many times and although I enjoy places like the Rembrandt museum and Anne frank house etc I am not sure they would enjoy it.

What can you recommend to do, go enjoy and experience.

Clubs
Bars
Places to visit
Places to see
Anything you found to be interesting
What to do in Red light at night.

I appreciate your suggestions no matter how wacky or boring…you never know about Aussies..really you never can tell.

cheers

Peace

Anne Frank house has such a long line so i didnt go in, plus, i like being high and i dont think i should go high to Anne Frank house. i heard the Heineken Experience is great, plus it is next to Mellow Yellow, so go, get high and then get drunk. unfortunately when i was there it was closed for rennovations so i wasnt there either. go to the sexmuseum high and you will not regret it, you will laugh your ass off in there.

If you choose to go to Ann Frank, wait until early evening. I went about 19:00 and no line. I think they close at 21:00. Van Gogh is very cool, as is the Hortus Botanicus. Friday nites at Van Gogh they have DJs and drinks in the lobby, it's a fun atmosphere. Venues such as Melkweg, Paradiso and Bimhuis might have something cool going on. Haarlem is worth a trip. Bicycle riding is a must for me. I thought the Heineken Experience was not worth it.
