Smoking in VondelPark

Hey guys...i've got just a question... the first of August i wil be in A'dam and was thinking that it would be very pretty to smoke a pair of joints in Vondelpark......but is it possible or is it illegal?

The use of cannabis is not illegal in the Netherlands. Possession of less than 5 grams of cannabis is tolerated in Vondelpark.

I've been smoking in Vondelpark since 1973 without a problem. Just be considerate of those around you and you should have no problem smoking your joints.
