Can I still smoke pure cannabis on the streets? You see, I like to visit museums while high on cannabis. It's inconvenient to walk from the coffeeshop to the museum. I prefer to smoke pure cannabis outside the museum and hope I can still do so.

I think you were never allowed to do so. But if you do it a bit secretly and dont bother other people no one will bother you

there is a massive park near Rembrandtplein which is close to some Art galleries.....perfect spot for a smoke...

I smoke weed in public in England so as long as you don't bother others I don't see a problem- better to be out in open space rather than just outside the museum
