Good Clubs in Amsterdam

Post by Themindwanders »

I am not really one for clubs and dancing - in fact I really, really don't like them. Would have to be pretty high on Es to get me in one. However, I have a girlfriend visiting in a month or so and she mentioned going to a club - and I suppose we can't just do what I want ALL the time...

SO recommendations for good clubs in Amsterdam? Despite having moved here I never bother with clubs I much prefer to hang about in the coffeeshops and bars...

I thought Club 11 was going to shut down for good at the end of June 2008. Their schedule stops at June 2008.

Themindwanders, what type of music do you want at the club?

Sadly I hadn't noticed that & the site doesn't load for me in work...

That's a shame, I was really wanting to check it out - by the looks of it it was the only place in 'dam that catered for my music tastes... everywhere else is trance/house/hardhouse, not my bag I'm afraid.
