Where is my 17 old brother most likely to be allowed to buy?

Post by Dunk »

Because he is under 18 i am worried that nowhere will let him buy anything... Also, are under 18s allowed into the shops just to sit down with paying friends?
Cheers

Coffeeshops strictly have an 18 and over policy by law so he wont be able to buy anything or even enter the shop.

Also now 90% of the shops ask for id as soon as you step through the door so unless you plan on spending time smoking in the park or an apartment (you will have to buy the weed though), or doing something not centered around smoking then I would say leave him at home until he has his 18th birthday.

Pick up some grass for your bro, and find a weed friendly bar to hang in, or smoke in the park.

No, I don't even think they'll allow someone under 18 to even sit down inside the shop. Admission is 18+ or you gotta Go.

just goto a smoker-friendly bar or restaurant an light up there..then you'll be perfectly fine...

since he's 17, he can still legally drink. :D

That was true in Amsterdam 10-20 years ago, but I've not seen cannabis sold in a market for many years now. Where & when were you able to buy cannabis in a Amsterdam market cheese?

i gonna repeat every one elses sentiment.....

the dutch goverment is itching to close places down, or at least make life as hard as poss for coffeeshops.

your brother should see it a s a duty, to respect coffeeshops, so that he can still go to them next year. i know it will be so hard for him to resist, but he should.

just get him some weed, and smoke it at a bar, or out the front of a bar on leiseplein or something, or in a park weather permitting.
