Has Anyone tried any of the legal highs from the smartshops?

Such as the ecstacy and cocaine substitutes?

A review would be excellent

My pal did some HerbalXTC and said it was horrible, however I found the Philosopher's Stones to be just like a dopey E trip. I tripped out for 5 days in a row in Amsterdam, it was great. 2 Doses of Hawaiian Copelandia when I arrived, the next day I did a dose of Philosopher Stones, the 3rd day I mixed a dose of Hawaiians with a dose of Philosopher Stones (while Hawaiians are like LSD if taken in a double dose, you don't candy-flip by mixing the two), the fourth and fifth days it was a single dose each day of straight Hawaiians. As I am an Old School Acidhead, I prefer the Hawaiians to the Stones, but both were excellent. Enjoy.

I thought the philosophers stones were a "proper" drug though?

I plan on doing some on my upcoming trip, excuse the pun.

"Proper" drug? Not sure I follow. Stones are a mushroom that kinda looks like popcorn that was coated in a layer of pure shite. And when you break them up in your hands they feel like semi-squishy walnuts. I prefer the Hawaiians though... like little fungal bits of love.

Oooooh... wait, by a proper drug do you mean that it isn't man made?

What’s a “proper” drug? Does that mean chemicals (which includes many “smart” drugs but not cannabis) or does it mean that a drug must be illegal in order to be “proper”?

I meant not a rip-off "SUPER XTC PILL" that doesn't compare to the real thing so I was confused as to why they were being described in that context as they aren't a substitute to anything as they are also a Psilocybin.

I wasn't saying they are a knock-off of anything, I was saying if you wanted to do the herbal X, the better choice is the Philo Stones, as they act like real X, whereas the herbal X doesn't do anything.
