So is Homegrown Fantasy definitely going? Sorry togo off subject momentarily buy I know little of this. Has is gone out of business then? That is a great, great shame.

I believe the owners of the lease do not want a coffee shop on their premises anymore and gave a years notice to HGF. This notice is up April '09, its still open until then. Also the Homgrown Fantaseeds will continue as normal.

That is fucking lame! With those circumstances they should be able to transfer the business elsewhere surely! Talking about people earning a living here, ridiculous.

Definitely. It must be against some kind of EU trade law that a coffeeshop cannot move its licence to a new premises.

Well, not that I'm an expert in any way of EU law let alone NL law, but I would think that the coffee shop would be considered a legal business because it is based on a license granted by the government. That being said I have no idea if the licenses are transferrable or capable of being in any location other than the place originally granted.

Don't mind my ramblings. I've got waaaay too much law on the brain at the moment. Hoping that the Dam can help that very soon. In fact in a week and 2 days I'm on my way there and I can clear all this legal mumbo jumbo out of my skull for a while.

#1 Katzu south of centrum and best chop in town it small local just off the albert.. market. menu is great they got some good smoke at good prices. DRINKS cheap! AA drink 1.50 (My fav drink to get in CS) coffe if not wrong are 1.60e

#2 Dampkringonly thing i hate about this place is the waiting to get!
AA drink 2E coffe ?? price on smokable are are high to low on menu.

#3 Rokeriji love this place not for the herbs or hash it cuz i always stop here after walking back from katzu and smoke a fat one wit glasses on on the DARK

AA drink CHAEP 1.60 if not wrong or remember good and RIF hash always GOOD!

#4 Kashmir lounge nice and realx its a good thing bud shop aint in same place so i can drink smoke tha bongz and fall asleep all at once

i always get the cheap hash at 5euro super afgan or something dugenre (remind me of the street hash we had in canada 10-15years ago or even has far as 1988)NOTHING SPECIAL!

I had the great fortune of getting some Blue Pearl and Armageddon recently here in the States. Both Homegrown Fantaseeds strains. Both Top Notch.

Bit harsh to call the Grey Area scammers but certainly their prices are pure greed - it is the same with Amnesia and Barneys. There is no need to charge so much, you can get some quality strains from Dampkring for under ten euros.
