how the coffeeshops get all their "imported" hashe

Post by bushwalt »

I've been curious about this for sometime and have heard different things. How does all that has get into the country when it is supposedly very difficult to do?

I've heard that a lot of it is "muled" in. I'm sure this happens, but there is no way that many people are shoving hash up their arses. So, is the government sort of looking the other way on this issue?

Just a curious mind not satisfied with what I've heard.

peace

I think they call it "smuggling". As you would do if you were smuggling crack or heroin i guess.

You can pretty much drive unfettered from Morocco to Amsterdam.

....Really I just wanted to use the word "unfettered". I may have even used it uncorrectly.

cheers,

You can't though. Morocco isn't in the EU, and even then, there are some checks!

Southern Spain is awash with Morrocan hash which is how it gets to Holland.

If you're interested in some of the old time smuggling techniques then read Mr Nice by Howard Marks.

He used to tour regularly, especially after Mr Nice. I think now he does the odd show, but doesn't talk so much about MR Nice specifically, as he has other things to talk about since that.

I remember the first time I read Mr Nice, what an experience :)
